Our refund policy varies depending on the service package purchased:
Individual consultation sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
For program enrollments, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment if no services have been rendered. Once work has begun on your account (credit analysis, business structuring, etc.), the service fee is non-refundable.
